Robert S. Greco, Esq.

Since 1990, Robert S. Greco (Bob) has represented elderly clients and their families in various matters of Elder Law, Real Estate, Trusts and Estates. Bob understands the sensitive nature of elder law matters and the importance of planning for the future. He treats each case individually, with a unique capability to comprehend the critical distinctions involved. Bob knows the key questions to ask to fully evaluate the situation and arrive at a proper solution. He is able to handle delicate circumstances with intelligence, sensitivity and compassion.

Robert S. Greco is a graduate of Cortland College, B.S., Queens College, M.S., and Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, J.D.

After serving as a teacher, guidance counselor, school administrator and coach for more than 30 years, Mr. Greco made the natural transition to helping families as their trusted attorney. He is admitted and has been a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut since 1990. Bob is also a member of the Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate and Education Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association. Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island, Inc., and the Carle Place Educational Foundation.

Jayson A. Wolfe, Esq.

​Jayson A. Wolfe’s primary areas of practice are Elder law, Trusts and Estates, Guardianship and Estate Administration. He has a unique ability to explain the benefits and drawbacks of having such documents as a Last Will and Testament, Revocable or Irrevocable Trusts, Healthcare directives, and the importance of appropriate ownership of real property. To his clients Jayson emphasizes the importance of protecting assets and ensures that documents are drawn up to reflect their wishes.

Jayson’s unique understanding of the Medicaid system makes it possible for his clients to use comprehensive planning techniques to protect their assets and avoid impoverishment caused by the escalated cost of long term care even when they are facing a medical emergency. Jayson’s client’s and their families appreciate his compassion and ability to explain the law clearly, allowing them to make informed decisions.

Jayson is an experienced attorney who handles both Article 81 guardianship matters in Supreme Court and 17a Guardianship proceedings in Surrogate’s Court. Jayson understands the tremendous emotional burden families endure when faced with the prospects of an incapacitated relative. He makes certain that all the right protections are in place for his special needs clients. Jayson helps his clients navigate the complex legal procedures to have a guardian appointed so that families may properly care for their loved one.

Jayson A. Wolfe is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Before attending law school Jayson spent seven years working as a professional social worker working with persons who suffered from a dual diagnosis of mental illness and drug addiction. He currently handles legal matters for the members of the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) and New York State Union of Teachers (NYSUT). Jayson is the past president of the Nassau Lawyers’ Association of Long Island, Inc., having served from 2008-2010 as the first two term president in the history of this organization. Mr. Wolfe is currently the executive director of Nassau Lawyers’ Association of Long Island, Inc., having been installed in May, 2011. He is also a member of the Elder Law and Trust and Estate sections of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
